WHICH SKILL NOT TO MAX?

Implode Shock
This skill is overly crippled by utility problems ever since Rapid Shot got buffed with anti-block. Long cooldown, having to get up close and personal, and having close ATK modifiers with RS makes the latter a more enticing skill to use.The only thing this skill has over RS is that it ignores DEF.
