for Vet to Master up what? INT or STR?

DeleteDoes INT affect Dominate the Sky more than STR when the Rush skill is taken into account? Does the presence of this skill further cement the allocation of stat points to INT?
ReplyDeleteI don't know if the versions are different, but Liung (as he's called in the NA version) can wear leather accessories as well as cloth.
No. Rush doesn't change his attack property, it just adds a flat Lightning ATK bonus, just like when your weapon is enchanted with Lightning ATK enchantments. Either way, if Rush does change his attack property, stat calculations still won't still, since stats are calculated based on the weapon being used, not on the attack property.
DeleteAlso, yeah he can wear Leather accessories, I will address that on the next wave of updates, since sGE just had a major update.
