WHICH SKILL NOT TO MAX?
Chemical Explosion OR Chemical Electric Shock
These two skills are pretty much equal in potential and clearing power. Both are pretty much reliable skills to use whenever Infection or Strong Acid are down and reset their cooldowns with the Refresh attribute. So not maxing either or not maxing both (leaving both at level 9) isn't really much.
but Chemical Electric Shock does less damage, I don't get it

Yeah big mistake on my part there =x Well, Explosion used to do less damage then it was buffed down the road. Didn't bother to replace the explanation. But looking now at the current state of things, I suppose leaving either Explosion or Shock unmaxed isn't much of a big deal anymore, since both are pretty much equals in potential.
